St. Ivo

Saint Ivo is the patron of judges, attorneys, lawyers, orphans, bailiffs, advocates, and cannon lawyers. He practiced law for many years and defended the poor without charge. Saint Ivo was notorious for ministering to the imprisoned and living a life of great asceticism. He was later ordained to the priesthood and used his funds from law to build a hospital for the poor. St. Ivo miracle-working was spectacular as he is remembered for having feed hundreds from a single loaf of bread. St. Ivo's feast day is May 19th.
