St. Patrick

Saint Patrick is the patron saint of engineers, Ireland and snakes. He is also the patron saint of excluded people.

Born around 387 A.D. near Kilpatrick, Scotland, St. Patrick was captured by a raiding party when he was a teen and brought to Ireland. After spending several years as a slave, St. Patrick escaped to Britain and became a priest. He returned to Ireland and converted the Irish people before his death on March 17, 461.

St. Patrick medals make the perfect gift for a proud Irishman or engineer. Those who fear snakes may also find comfort in wearing this medal.
