St. Paula

Saint Paula is the patron of widows. She was a mother of 5 and widowed at the age of 32. Saint Paula then devoted her fortune and her life to care for the poor and spiritual development. She came to settle in Bethlehem where she spent her time building churches, a hospice, monastery, and convent of which she served as the first abbess. St. Paula's feast day is January 26th.
