                   ~A Morning Offering gives merit and value to our thoughts, words and actions of

                     the day. Our whole life becomes a prayer when we offer each moment up to God.

                               ~There are many forms of prayer and many ways to pray.

                                   ~Prayer is the lifting of one’s heart and mind to God.

                                ~Prayer is conversation with God  (Clement of Alexandria)

                  ~ “We can do no great things, only small things with great love.” (Mother Teresa)

                                                     The fruit of silence is PRAYER
                                                       The fruit of prayer is FAITH
                                                         The fruit of faith is LOVE
                                                       The fruit of love is SERVICE
                                                      The fruit of service is PEACE
                           

                ~ “To do little actions with a great purity of intention and with a strong will to please 

                    God, is to do them excellently, and then they greatly sanctify us." (St. Francis de Sales) 

                 ~ The Communion of Saints allows our least actions to take on infinite value when

                     united to the sufferings and merits of Christ. We can offer up our daily duties to

                     help the poor souls in purgatory or to alleviate the suffering on earth.
