"This arrived damaged, the gold floats in oil and the clear ball was broke. A huge mess! Oil had seeped through the box. I called and your customer service was great. But when reordered, it was out of stock! I noticed that the address on the original box was very close to where I live, I emailed this company and the owner was hugely accommodating! And invited me to his warehouse and gave me a new music box! This is a really beautiful music box!"

I was totally diappointed! The

"I was totally diappointed! The music box was intended for my grandson who is a trained guitarist and a good one. The quality of the guitar music was poor. . . So my grandson is not receiving it. The box is so terribly heavy and the inner box it was set in is lovely, but not good. . . so I'm not returning it because of its weight and my returning-problems. The inside quality was poor, too, except for the GOLD gift. I did not open the bags for franchincence and myrrh. To encourage the music, it must be open to light which is another problem. Unfortunately it was a terrible costly mistake! I am unable to add photos or videos. The only positive is that it is an attractive box closed. It is sitting on my table with other Catholic company purchases. I really must think of what to do with it next! So sad."
