  • 7 Secrets of the Eucharist
  • Learn the “hidden truths” of the Eucharist, and why it is the greatest treasure of the Church
  • Ignite a true, lasting love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament
  • Simple and easy-to-read

Pope John Paul II referred to the Holy Eucharist as "the greatest treasure of the Church," and yet even many devoted Catholics have a very limited understanding of this powerful sacrament. This book will change all that. The reader will come away with a completely new awareness that the Eucharist is not just about receiving Communion; it's about transforming your daily life.

Deeply based on the Scriptures, the writings of the Saints and the teachings of our two most recent Popes, this profound and remarkably readable book will introduce you to some of the "hidden" truths of the Eucharist - truths that have always been embraced by theologians, saints and mystics, but have rarely been passed on to the average person in a meaningful way. In The Seven Secrets of the Eucharist, these truths are finally made accessible to all, as author Vinny Flynn shows how each reception of Holy Communion can be a life-changing experience.

No matter how much or how little you already know about the Eucharist, the "secrets" revealed here will bring you to a new, personal "Emmaus" experience, again and again. Perfect for personal devotion, catechesis, study groups, book clubs, and theological studies, The Seven Secrets of the Eucharist will rekindle the "Eucharistic amazement" called for by Pope John Paul II.

    7 Secrets of the Eucharist

Five stars:***** A book beautifully written to explain the importance of receiving the Holy Eucharist in humility and joy. All the abundant graces given by God when received in love and how the entire Blessed Trinity and all the heavens join us when we unite with Christ as one. All Catholics should read this book.

    7 Secrets of the Eucharist

I recently received my copy of this book and am already over halfway through reading it, something unusual for me.It brings out some interesting facts about Holy Eucharist that I didn't know or hadn't thought about. The print is easy to read. I would recommend this book to all wanting to put more meaning in receiving our Lord in Holy Communion.

    Enlightening book

I got so much from this book on understanding the Eucharist. I bought more copies to give to my children and Catholic friends. I couldn't give them my copy because I want to re-read it regularly.

    7 Secrets of the Eucharist

This book was excellent - one of those that you are sad when you get to the end because you want to read more. It was very thought provoking and inspiring. I was led to realize that there is so much more to the Eucharist than I had previously known or realized. This is one of those books that will help to make me a better person.

    7 Secrets of the Eucharist

I loved this book, I learned that when we take communion it is not only Jesus, but the Father and the Holy Spirit and the whole host of Heaven that we are uniting with. It made Sunday Mass even more special.

    Re-thinking Eucharist

This is a small, powerful little book, written with real humanity. Vinny Flynn speaks with knowledge and facts, these really are not secrets, mainly facts gleaned from the Fathers of the Church through the centuries. Many saints are quoted( Thomas Aquinas, Francis de Sales, Mother Teresa, St Therese) but my favorite St Faustina is mentioned liberally . I'm only beginning chapter 3, but I am in love with Mr Fynn's personal approach to an astounding topic.
    Faith enriching!

    7 Secrets of the Eucharist

I love that it is written in an easy to read style. It gave me so much inspiration and so provoked very deep thought on the miracle we receive at Mass. This should be required reading for all extraordinary ministers of the bread and cup, and should be used as a teaching tool for all parishes.

    7 Secrets of the Eucharist

I didn't find this book to be awe inspiring like other religious books that I read.
