This gold over sterling silver 4-Way medal measures approximately 1" by 1"  long and comes with a 20" gold plated stainless steel chain and jewelry box. The back of the 4-way medal reads "I AM A CATHOLIC PLEASE CALL A PRIEST" with the image of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the top and the backside of the Miraculous Medal on the bottom. The front of the medal is as pictured and glistens from the diamond cut edging that frames the cross.
