Louie the Lamb is a “Lil' Prayer Buddy”; a brilliant Catholic version of popular interactive toys that “speak” to infants and toddlers when the toy is pressed. This colorful plush lamb recites three traditional Catholic prayers---the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be--in a child's voice when you squeeze his belly. This Lil' Prayer Buddy provides a fun way to teach the children in your life how to pray from a very early age. When the child is old enough for their own rosary, they will already be familiar with the rosary prayers! This little lamb makes an especially thoughtful gift for a baby shower, Baptism, or birthday celebration.

Just when you thought this Lil' Buddy couldn't possibly get any more delightful than it already is....now you can personalize it for that special child on your list*. Check the “Add Personalization” box and we will add a shiny brass medal. One side will say "My Prayer Buddy" while the other side will be engraved with the lucky child's name in a playful font. Your Lil' Prayer Buddy will arrive with this lovely personalized medal worn around its neck on a cheery, bright colored ribbon "collar" with a bow. This heartwarming gift will become a much loved toy and prayer companion, cherished for years to come.

Because life can get messy, Louie has a removable battery pack and is machine washable. Louie the Lamb’s newly designed and updated sound box works with a gentle squeeze, features an on/off button and replaceable batteries, and can be removed by an adult for Louie’s trips to the washing machine.
WARNING: Batteries are enclosed with Velcro on the belly of the lamb. Please be advised for children under the age of 3.

The picture shows a full name but when I try to personalize it only allows 3 initials
Thank you for your question. It looks like you selected on the Monogram setting (which reads Initials) instead of the Name setting (which reads Text). Select on the Text button and you can enter up to 10 characters in your child's name. The Initials button will only allow you a 3-letter monogram. These buttons are located just under the large rectangle that reads Personalization, in small, blue rectangular boxes.
What batteries does this take?
It takes three LR1130 batteries (sometimes listed as AG10 or LR54), and they are replaceable.
