Handcrafted in the gorgeous golden and rich brown tones so associated with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel & her Brown Scapular, it features vintage golden crystal pearl Hail Mary beads. Our Fathers are ivory crystal pearls flanked by graceful antique brass floral filigree caps, calling to mind Our Lady's title as Flower of Carmel. The effect is transcendent and the luster rich.
Petite Amber Agate gemstone spacers create subtle movement against tortoise gold, fire-polished crystals that glitter lightly. The centerpiece is a most distinctive Scapular medal. Mary's beloved gift of grace has been a sacramental for Catholics since the middle ages when Our Lady gave it to Carmelite Prior St. Simon Stock, promising to protect those who wore it devotedly.
