Reviews

Blue Version NOT True to Website Photo

"I ordered the blue version for my sister, a recent convert, as a baptismal gift. While the Bible is lovely and otherwise exactly as depicted, be warned that the blue cover is considerably darker in real life than the soft, Marian blue you see here. It's so dark than when I first opened the package, I thought I had been sent the black one by mistake. I had to look at it under the brightest light in my kitchen to convince myself that, yeah, it actually IS blue. . . but a dark, dark blue that I probably would not have ordered had I known, since my sister likes light, soft colors and had specifically asked for a Bible that was not black. I'm pretty disappointed, actually."

Nice Cover

"The cover on these is really beautiful, it's an embossed leather like cover. The design and writing also has a slightly rough texture that's quite pleasant and reflects light subtly. The image showing your customized text on the cover is very accurate, and the text looks like it was always supposed to be there. My only complaint is the actual content, which is pretty much the standard Saint Benedict Press NABRE, which you can get for less than half the cost."

— Russell M. (4/5)

Very nice 👍

"My only issue is that you guy should sell a special box like maybe acrylic so its see through but wont get dusty. Otherwise it’s beautiful 👍"

Q&A

Will the pink bibles ever come back in stock?
Thank you for your question. Absolutely! Those are a very popular gift item for girls and young women in particular, but they are out of stock with the supplier and we need to wait for the publisher to print more, which they estimate will be November. I am including the link here and I hope you will check back with us in November and be able to order one when we receive our next shipment. I'm sorry we are not able to stock them right now but we definitely have not discontinued them and are just awaiting the supplier. https://www.catholiccompany.com/products/personalized-ave-maria-bible?_pos=1&_sid=46ebb36bb&_ss=r&variant=51371815600437
