Sorry I purchased this item

Review: I was very disappointed with the quality of this item. I purchased it based upon the five star reviews. The finish is terrible, part of the top has no stain, there are splinters on the back. Sorry I wasted my money. I would send it back but my grandson's Communion is this weekend. The box looks like it was made in an 8th grade shop class. I do not recommend this item.

Great for gifts

Review: There were 3 who were Baptized, received their First Communion and 4 who got confirmed at the Easter Vigil through RCIA and I was compelled to get those three Holy Communion gifts. These boxes were crafted wonderfully. They have that ancient look to them like first century. They are a must have!
