Making good on damaged goods

"The Figurine I ordered was a gift for my Grandaughter's First Communion in May. I had it shipped to my son in another state but the little girl was broken off when received. The product was a very nice gift itself. Cathoic Compant offered ro replace it immediately but my son is very busy and did not want to take the time to deal with a replacement but I requested a full refund and they did so the next day. The only complaint was it was impossible to reach a live person via the phone but an email to their customer service took care of the matter. I would recommend this company as their products are nice and their business practices are fair."
