I've handled several LeatherSoft Bibles that feel more luxurious and durable than this one. My biggest criticism is the typography and layout. The font isn't very inviting to read, and the page design feels dated. A more modern typeface, better chapter headings, and subtle color accents would greatly improve the reading experience. The large print is excellent, however. The translation is outstanding—it's the reason I bought this Bible, and I absolutely love it. My disappointment is with the physical presentation. At around $70, I expected a higher-quality product. Many Bibles in this price range offer better typography, layouts, and covers that feel more premium than this bonded leather edition. The translation is excellent, but I don't think the physical quality justifies the price."

Thank you for your question. This beautiful bible features an 8-page section at the front made up of a presentation page and 7 pages for family records. There is a 16 page map section in the back of the bible featuring 9 maps for reference.
How many books are in this version of the Bible? is this a red letter edition?
This lovely bible contains all 73 books of the Catholic bible and is not a red letter edition, so the words of Christ are printed in black. The RSV does not have a red letter edition currently.
Are there pictures in this bible?
