Thank you for your question. This is a rosary "tenner" also called a one-decade rosary. It's a smaller, conveniently sized way to pray the rosary. Some call it a pocket rosary. Rather than featuring the 50 beads that include all 5 decades, it features one decade, and you pray through 5 times. It can be used for the standard rosary, the Divine Mercy Chaplet or some other chaplets structured in the same pattern as the rosary.
