"I've sent you 2 emails about this already, describing the lengths to which I had to go to just remove the necklace and the earrings from their boxes. Damage to myself and damage to both pieces of jewelry. I couldn't get them out of the boxes without resorting to scissors and I accidentally cut the chain in two and it's so thin it's irrepairable, and I accidentally bent the earring wire backs trying to remove them from their box. I can't wear them. I want you to send me a new set removed from the boxes and placed in zip-lock bags, or give me a refund and I'll do without them. CLC"
