"Bought as a birthday gift for my mom. She loves it! Beautiful photos, and wonderful stories to go along with the recipies. My glimpse of the first recipes was a complete meal, from the salad to desert. Can't wait to try them when I visit."
"The ""Vatican Cookbook"" is a beautifully illustrated book with interesting infor-mation about the origin of some of the recipes, including favorites of popes. Most of the recipes can be easily prepared with commonly available ingredients. I especially like the ""Basic Recipes"" section near the end of the book, which also serves as a ""teaching section"" highlighting foods served as parts of different meals. This cookbook will become one of my favorites in my collection of cookbooks!"
