This genuine leather personal journal with the deacon stole cross symbol is the perfect gift for someone new to the diaconate or a long-time favorite in your parish.

The convenient design helps with daily organization with the elastic band closure, interior plastic sleeve that holds a picture or prayer card as well as a pen, USB holder and an area for a personalized engraving plate for your favorite prayer or inspirational quote. Journal contains a replaceable 200 page (100 sheet) pad of antique lined paper with ornate gold edging.

A coordinating 12" bookmark is secured to the journal's spine. Back inside cover contains a sleeve to store pages. Personalization, if desired, will go on a metal laminate inside the cover. A great accessory for any deacon.

"Nice journal overall—the quality of the cover and paper is solid, and it’s a meaningful gift idea for a deacon. That said, the experience was disappointing. The engraving plate was supposed to be the centerpiece of the gift, and it was completely missed. Opening it in front of others and realizing it wasn’t engraved took away from what should have been a special moment. Good product, but the lack of attention to the customization detail really undermined the purpose of the purchase. It then took over a month to find a resolution that I really wasn't happy about. . . . ."

"I purchased this for a friend who is becoming a priest. I paid extra to have it monogrammed. The quality of the monogram is poor. I thought it would be on the cover in the leather. Instead, the monogram is on a small metal card that is inserted in the business card holder and doesn't even fit there."
