Can the text font be changed so we can fit the name on bottle. First name needs 11 characters Second name needs 5

The frosted detailing on this bottle front means our personalization machine can only accommodate 10 characters to produce personalization that looks well spaced and attractive. I'm sorry this one does not accommodate 11 letters.
