Love Catholic Company products but this is a miss

"I have ordered many gifts from the Catholic Company and always had a wonderful experience. But, I ordered this product with “initials” as a gift and was very disappointed by my experience. I selected initials when placing my order but when I received the product it came as a “monogram” with one letter larger than the rest and in this case was the middle initial (monograms have the last initial as the “large” letter). I contacted customer service (tried calling but could never get through, then reached out via Facebook messenger and then finally talked to someone on the online chat). They agreed to send a corrected item. I received the same item with the incorrect initials. I again contacted customer service and this time they claimed that there are instructions for how to order the initials on the site and said they can not correct. I sent screenshots of what the customer sees on the website and it does not include those instructions for initials (only monogram). They agreed to resend and that I would receive no later than Tuesday. I had not received the product by Wednesday so I again reached out. The customer service rep explained that she has been working many hours. They resent it again with the correct initials but the product we received had blue dye all over it. See pictures. Very disappointed in the product and the number of times I needed to reach out to customer service to get this resolved."

Beautiful Tumbler

"This tumbler is perfect and just the right size. I liked this one so much that I purchased another one. I use these tumblers for coffee or wine. The coffee stays hot and the wine stays cold. Both tumblers are a beautiful dark blue color. However, one is the Miraculous Medal tumbler and the other is Fiat. Both messages are very special to me. So happy I made both purchases. I highly recommend!"
