I only received the large candle!

"Although the large candle smells beautiful, I only received the large candle and absolutely nothing else. The description tells of "candles"- to me that is plural (not one!) The "oils" that were also supposed to be enclosed, I also never received so I didn't realize it until months later when I was ready to gift it! So now I can't gift it because the box claims that the person is supposed to put some of the oil unto the candle."
