Not inspected prior to shipping

"Unfortunately this company is not worthy of my business any longer. They sent me a defective item and then expected me to pay to sent it back. I sent them a photo of the item showing the defect, per their request, and then never heard from them again. The hardware on the backside of the crucifix doesn’t allow for straight hanging since it isn’t centered. Companies like this will fall because they have no sense of customer service and they don’t care to. I would suggest shopping elsewhere to avoid this type of experience. What a shame."
