Beautiful Book but . . . .

"Very disappointed with your shipping methods. The damage was just enough to make the products look very shelf worn or like seconds. The book corners were bent/smashed from having gone through postal service with no protection. I am not happy with presenting these as gifts when they are not pristine. I wrongly assumed that at the price I am paying and how your website touts everything as being a perfect "gift" that the utmost care would be taken for packing for shipment. I just can't get over the fact you don't use boxes, rather plastic bags. I hope this changes in the future, I do not feel comfortable purchasing additional gifts from you for my children and grandchildren simply due to your shipping methods. Plastic bags rip, get smashed, etc with the treatment they receive. A box at least provides more protection from careless shipper employees."

"This book has large print making it easier to read for older eyes. As I was scanning through the book I saw most of the basic prayers Catholics need are included here. From the basics like the sign of the cross to The Our Father to the Apostles Creed to various novenas and prayers to the saints asking them to pray to God with you for your prayer requests, it's all in there. This book is soft cover."
