Struggle No More
"Some 18 months passed or more, it came to me in meditation to turn to the Blessed Mother. In a series of books and devotionals, I learned about Mary. Daily rosaries and during Lent, Our Lady of Sorrows and on and on. Then it happened after reading about three quarters of Peter Kreeft's book, The Greatest Philosopher Who Ever Lived. Peter Kreeft is well known Philosopher Professor at Boston College and writer, at that point in the book and pondering what he was saying, it came to me that Mary is simple. Come to Mary's House, spending time with Our Blessed Mother is all I needed to start a conversation with Her. Shawn has provided me with what I have been searching for, a spiritual companion. It was difficult to find the words to say until I picked up this book. Shawn has provided short meditations and my imagination has taken me on the journey with a friendship with the Blessed Mother. I have been smiling ever since I started reading this book. A word of caution, Mary has a way of pulling stuff out of you in a way that will have you mesmerized in awe. Thank you, Shawn, for keeping it simple to enter into a personal relationship with Our most Holy Mother."
