Beautiful First Holy Communion Set!

"I had my worries about the quality of this set since there wasn't much of a description of the Mass book provided. I feared it might be too simple a text for my grandson or outdated. Imagine my delight to find the Mass book was updated in 2011 and not only contains an excellent explanation of each part of the Mass, but many time-honored Catholic devotions as well, with explanations of them (such as the Brown Scapular and the Sacred Heart/First Fridays. ) The chalice on the cover is ""raised"" which makes the prayerbook very special. The little black rosary, while not deluxe in quality, is sturdy enough to be a nice keepsake, and the rosary pouch is of excellent quality. I was very pleased and know that my grandson will treasure this set as a keepsake!"

"I was well pleased with this purchase! The prayer book is of excellent quality as is the rest of the set. The pewter Chalice emblem gives it just the right touch without being over done. I do wish however, there was some description on the box. In the video describing the set, it was stated the prayer book was leather. This information would be nice to have on or in the gift box."
