Beautiful Book but . . . .

"Very disappointed with your shipping methods. The damage was just enough to make the products look very shelf worn or like seconds. The book corners were bent/smashed from having gone through postal service with no protection. I am not happy with presenting these as gifts when they are not pristine. I wrongly assumed that at the price I am paying and how your website touts everything as being a perfect "gift" that the utmost care would be taken for packing for shipment. I just can't get over the fact you don't use boxes, rather plastic bags. I hope this changes in the future, I do not feel comfortable purchasing additional gifts from you for my children and grandchildren simply due to your shipping methods. Plastic bags rip, get smashed, etc with the treatment they receive. A box at least provides more protection from careless shipper employees."
