Beautiful Rosary but. . . .

"Very disappointed with your shipping methods. The damage was just enough to make the products look very shelf worn or like seconds. The rosaries themselves were unharmed, their boxes just looked worse for wear, slightly bent out of shape. I am not happy with presenting these as gifts when they are not pristine. I wrongly assumed that at the price I am paying and how your website touts everything as being a perfect "gift" that the utmost care would be taken for packing for shipment. I just can't get over the fact you don't use boxes, rather plastic bags. I hope this changes in the future, I do not feel comfortable purchasing additional gifts from you for my children and grandchildren simply due to your shipping methods. Plastic bags rip, get smashed, etc with the treatment they receive. A box at least provides more protection from careless shipper employees."
