An Unfortunate Review

"The product itself is fine, I'm sure. However, my purchase arrived broken and unusable. Catholic Company customer support informed me that this product is shipped from a third party seller. After several email exchanges I am still waiting for my purchase to be refunded (about 4 weeks now). Catholic Company customer service was actually very good and responsive. Apparently the problem lies with the third party. Since I will not be getting refunded or compensated my only recourse to voice my dis-satisfaction with my purchase is to give it a negative review. It is probably pointless and inconsequential but I paid $120 and all I got were pieces of broken porcelain."
