"I ordered 2 of these as a gift for 8 and 13 year old girls. When they arrived I could not open them. I knew how to open them as I have had coin purses like this, but they wouldn't open. They were so tight I didn't have the strength in my hands to unlock the little balls at the top. I knew how but they wouldn't budge. When my husband came in the house he tried. He is a farmer and his hands are strong. He couldn't open either of them for several attempts. Finally, one finally opened. He then closed it and struggled again to open it. But it did. He handed it to me and I still couldn't open it. He took it and opened it and closed it several more times. Then I tried and I could open it. He did the same with the other one until it opened like it should. The girls were happy with them and were excited about the pretty case. Might be something to check BEFORE you ship them. Otherwise, they are beautiful and the girls love them."
