"I bought this book the exact day we lost our dog. I was so emotional i couldn't cope with how hard it was to lose our dog and the girls had a hard time too. When we got this book we had some tears as it brought back memories. In addition, it brought joy in our hearts. Not long ago in the fall we also lost my cockteil and my toddler loved her so much and it was very hard. They kept going outside to try and save her saying she cant breathe underground. I also bought The Travel Guide to Heaven for kids with this book and both of these together helped their little hearts to heal. Mine too. We will all be together in heaven someday. And we live off of hope. Hope never dies and it brought comfort that both our animals are free and happy now, waiting for us to join them."
