Inconsistant quality

"Bought four of these as gifts for my kids' religious ed teachers. Three arrived as pictured and are quite pretty. One was overly saturated with dark blue, and made it impossible to really see the image. In addition, the portion with the infant was completely without detail, just a white blob. It looks awful, and I would never gift it or wear it. I emailed customer service with pictures and all they said was that I could return it, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. With the cost of shipping and the gas to get to the post office, it's just not worth it to return it. I am disappointed that I wasted $20 and that the Catholic Company would not stand by the quality of their merchandise. I will certainly think twice before ordering jewelry from them again. I see now another reviewer got a similarly poor quality cameo. Apparently there is no quality control with this item, I would advise against ordering this."

"I was very pleased with how wonderful this looks. I am also happy with the chain, it is adjustable for different lengths. The detail is very nice. This would make a wonderful Mother's Day gift/Birthday gift. I know I would be pleased to receive it as a gift, but I had to order for myself since this goes out of stock quickly! So keep that in mind if you are waiting to buy as a gift"
