"I purchased 3 for my sisters in memory of my dearest and sweet Mother. I placed Mother’s picture and a relic from her,inside the tear drop locket. The poem was very moving. When the locket is closed and the chain goes through the rings it is safe from opening. We wore ours on Christmas and know the other side is for special days too“I am with you always. ” These were perfect as we could wear a remembrance of our Mother, close to our hearts."

"The engraving was not inside the locket as I thought it would be; it was on an insert that immediately fell out when I opened the locket. Opening the locket is extremely odd. It doesn’t open easily like a typical locket; the chain runs through it making it very odd to open. I returned it, after receiving my return postage for FedEx, but I still have not received my refund. The aesthetics of it is beautiful, but the function of it is not. Especially because we had gotten it for our disabled niece. She would struggle to open it. I order from the Catholic company frequently, but I did not like this purchase. All others I have been happy with. I sent pictures of the problems to Customer Service. It took a stream of emails to finally get an answer from Karen Courtney. When Karen became involved, things moved quickly and she apologize for the delay in my refund."
