"This miraculous medal was larger than the one I currently have - in addition the chain was a 24 inch chain. Both medal and chain are sturdy - no issues with the clasp. It is long enough to fit over your head. I like this medal versus the other one because it is bigger and easier to put over the head versus using the fingers which may have a bit of arthritis."
