No answer! Not ordering from you again!!

"I ordered a rosary and communion rosary and pin for my Nieces communion and the cross on the bigger rosary was bent - called to see how to go about returning and exchanging for another and got no answer. Was on hold for 20+minutes then asked to leave a message. I left a message for a call back and no one called. I tried to call again same thing. Then I went online and tried to reach customer service through email - sent email and it’s now been 3 weeks and my nieces communion is next week. I’ve ordered from here before but don’t think I can anymore if there’s ever another problem with my order. Don’t bother calling me because now you have a bad review on record."
