disappointing monogram

"The dog tag necklace itself was nice, but the engraving was not done well. I did contact customer service and they were very gracious and did give me a refund. It was to be a gift unfortunately and couldn't do/use as it appeared as if only part of the letter in the monogram took. It would be nice but I don't think I will be taking any chances again on monogramming, and there was a bit of scuff marks around the edges. Other items I ordered were good."
