It’s beautiful, but the quality has issues

"I received this today, and I think the medals are very detailed and pretty. Also the red and black beads are very unique with the way the red is shiny. However, one of the beads has a noticeable chip in it (see photo). As well, the links that connect onto each of the medals all have sharp edges on the link that catches on your skin as you run your fingers near the medals (see photo)."
