Poor Quality and NOT Silver

"I received the necklace and was disappointed that it appeared dull and tarnished. It is NOT sterling silver at all and I'm so disappointed in the misleading description and poor quality of the medal. After wearing it for 3 months, it's blackened (not the discoloration usually found with silver) and no polishing improved it. It looks like it was cheaply painted over stainless steel."
