Chain is shorter than expected

"Arrived quickly and the laminated card is beautiful. But, the chain is supposed to be 24 inches long and it is not. It is actually 18 inches which makes it a bit of a snug fit for me. The medal seems well made and so far neither the chain nor the medal has caused any reaction against my skin which has been a problem with other jewelry in the past. For the price hard to beat but the description is misleading."
