nice medal but personalizing was a mistake

"The medal and card are very nice, but I had the medal personalized. The cost to do so was almost 3 times the cost of the medal and engraving is unreadable. I'm not sure if it was the font (I chose contemporary). If that is the case, please remove the ""contemporary font"" as an option. Having an item engraved isn't much good if the engraving is unreadable. Do your craftsmen not look at their work before the item is sent out? I would give this 4 stars but for the poor personalizing work."
