Dull Color - Not Professional Looking

"The image is pretty but the colors were very dull, like it was printed off a home printer low on ink. Not vibrant like the other five cards we ordered. We had no choice but to use the card at my parents funeral. I contacted CC, sent them comparison pics, but was told it wasn't a mistake, this is how it's supposed to look. After spending over $200 on six cards I expected a little better response from CC."
