Hi there! I’ve had this Crucifix for some time and I love it! It has, however, started to become discolored from wear. How should I go about cleaning it up a bit? One more question, are these Crucifixes blessed prior to shipment? Thanks in advance!

The company that makes your crucifix told us that a silver polishing cloth meant for silver jewelry is the best way to clean it and also protect the stones, but they suggested you can also use a soft cloth, warm water and Dawn dishwashing liquid. Chemical wipes or polishes may work on sterling that does not contain inlaid gemstones but since your crucifix does, you should handle it more carefully. We are so glad you are enjoying it! We do not have a priest on staff to bless our items so we recommend you take it to your parish priest for a blessing.
