My love/respect for the four way medal

"I am 84 years old. I have had what we used to refer to as the scapular metal since I was a mass server at age 11. Each of my grandchildren have been given this metal and chain at the time of their first communion. The gift comes with a “grandpa warranty” that basically says if you lose this metal and chain simply let grandpa know, and he will replace it. Of my eight grandchildren I’ve only had to replace one."

"Medal gets a 5. It is lovely. Just what I was looking for. Chain gets a 3 so i averaged and gave it a 4 overall. Chain is the exact right length however it does tend to look and feel ""kinked"" and the lobster clasp is nice to have but is hard to fasten both on/off. Can't quite fit it over my head so I struggle a bit with getting it fastened."

Could I respectfully request an 18" chain to complement such a lovely Four-Way Medal? I would also like to add on a Pardon Crucifix. I'm asking as a Catholic military veteran and I would appreciate positive feedback please.
