"very fragile in its connecting pieces. As I started to put it on the clasp fell off the chain. . Catholic Co. graciously gave me a stronger new chain. BUT as I had worried, the tiny loops holding the. medal had stretched and I found it with the anagram fallen on the floor. . . the loops had stretched out. I think the company doesn't believe me, as they haven't responded definitively to my request for replacements. I sent pics and explanations, but. . ."
