This traditional Miraculous Medal is made of sterling silver and comes on an 18" rhodium chain. Surrounding Our Lady are the words "O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to Thee." The pendant measures 1" and comes in a Gift box. The back of the medal contains the traditional Miraculous medal insignia.

Note: Personalization, if added, will be engraved on a silver charm attached to the chain.
