My wife has appreciated various

"My wife has appreciated various Jane Austen movies throughout the years; she was not aware of these works or this side of the author, which aligns with her Christian spirituality. Thank you for offering these, which I discovered on your website fortuitously (lead by the Holy Spirit?)"

Christmas gift

"I gave this prayer book of Jane Austen as a Christmas gift. The recipient reads and watches the films of everything Jane Austen. It was such a God-filled discovery that Ms. Austen shares this person’s Catholic Faith and has a devotion and love for what is the Center of her life, too! It was similar to knowing the Lord of the Rings is based on Catholic Truth."

Jane Austen at prayer

"A beautiful keepsake book of three original prayers written by Jane Austen and concludes with ""Our Father"" at the book. These three prayers aren't widely known as well as Austen's novels and early writings. I appreciate the editorial note by Terry Glaspey and the decision to present the prayers as Austen wrote them. Jane Austen's Anglican faith was an important part of her life--these prayers show her piety. Pen and ink illustrations feature scenes from Austen's novels and the English countryside. Also recommended: Jane Austen's ""Catharine and Other Writings"" edited by Margaret Doody, available from Oxford World Classics. These three prayers also appear as Austen wrote them with contextual notes."
