33 Days to Greater Glory: A Total Consecration to the Father Through Jesus Based on the Gospel of John

In this third installment of his 33-day consecration series, Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC, has saved the best for last! 33 Days to Greater Glory stands as the culmination of a trilogy of consecrations that begins with the massively popular manual of Marian entrustment, 33 Days to Morning Glory. Second in the series is 33 Days to Merciful Love, because Mary always leads us to Jesus, the Divine Mercy. Finally, because Jesus wants to bring us home to the Father, we arrive at 33 Days to Greater Glory. And this really is a case of saving the best for last, because a consecration to our Heavenly Father truly is the greater consecration, the one in which all others find their origin and end. Finally, as a bonus, Fr. Gaitley has also included his popular and easy-to-use novena of consecration to St. Joseph, Nine Days to Joseph, which helps us enter more fully into the Fatherhood of God.

Understanding "Our Father": Biblical Reflections on the Lord's Prayer

  • By renowned author Scott Hahn
  • A book helping to plumb the depths of the beautiful prayer Jesus taught us

The prayer at hand has been called many things: the Pater Noster, the Our Father, the Model Prayer, the Lord’s Prayer. In Understanding ‘Our Father,’ Dr. Scott Hahn presents a unique meditation on this common prayer, leading readers to consider the wealth of meaning in this seemingly simple prayer. Relying on the Fathers and Doctors of the Church as well as Sacred Scripture, Dr. Hahn takes each of the seven petitions of the Our Father individually and draws out the implications of the prayer given to us by Christ Himself.

33 Days to Greater Glory also has Consecration to St. Joseph and St.John’s Gospel.

It’s a wonderful book all Catholics should own, should read, study.

It’s 33 days of reading Scripture, then pages in book. When you have completed the 33 days you pray for consecration to God..

Years ago consecrated myself to Jesus through Mary. Then consecrated to our Blessed Mother Mary. Now I’ll consecrate myself to God in August.

    33 Days to Greater Glory

Another in the Consecration series by Fr. Gaitley, MIC. The readings/reflections are a little longer than his other books but still reasonable to those of us with a busy lifestyle. This Consecration is based on St. John's Gospel. He also includes a 9-day Consecration to St. Joseph. I can't wait for more in this series.

    Understanding "Our Father"

As usual Scott Hahn is clear and easy to understand. He takes each petition separately and gives thoughts on each and at the end givers sermons or parts thereof by well-known figures in the Church. Easy to read and understand.

Total Consecration to the Father through Jesus and the Our Father prayer.

33 Days helps us to consecrate to the Father through Jesus. The Our Father prayer is expertly analyzed by Scott Hahn to make it more meaningful.
