How to Return an Item

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping cost unless otherwise stated below. Include a copy of your packing slip in the return.

RMA Number: Required for all returns. Obtain by contacting our customer service via email, live chat, or phone.

Return Timeframe: Items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the RMA number.

Refund Processing: Processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Allow additional time for bank processing. Please note we cannot issue a refund if we don’t receive your returned item.

Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping fees. Please note that you may be asked to submit a photo of your product to our customer experience team member, especially if there is damage.

Packaging: Items must be in original, undamaged condition and include all original packaging and components:

Be in original, undamaged NEW condition, unaltered in any way.

Be in its original vendor content packaging material.

Be disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled

Include all items in the set, if the item is part of a set.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or Personalized Items: Not eligible for return.

Blessed Items: No blessed items are able to be returned. Please consider donating to a local parish or community.

Shipping, Guardian Angel Protection, Gift Wrap Charges: Non-refundable.
Damaged Items
- To return defective or damaged products, please contact our Customer Experience team within 10 days of the delivery of your product.
- Our team prioritizes customer satisfaction, and we will get back to you quickly to give instructions on next steps, including how to ensure we cover your return shipping fees. To help us understand what went wrong, our customer experience may may ask you to submit a photo of your damaged product.
Exchanges
- Policy: No direct exchanges at this time. Initiate a return and please contact our customer care agents for help with a new order.
Guardian Angel Protection

Coverage: If purchased at checkout, any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be covered. Contact customer service within 30 days for assistance.

Important: The cost associated with Guardian Angel Protection is not applicable towards the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping promotions. Guardian Angel Protection will only cover orders sent to the correct address.
Holiday Return Extension

Extended Return Period: Orders placed from November 1 to December 31 can be returned until January 30 of the following year.
Missing Items:
Oops! If we missed something in your order, it is important to contact our customer experience team within ten (10) business days of the marked delivery date. We will be happy to replace what we missed or begin the refund process.
Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Available for orders not yet shipped. Post-shipment cancellations are subject to return shipping fees.

Non-Cancellable Items: Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
