Review: I love the easy to follow nature of this compilation of tasty recipes. The shopping lists that are included are super helpful. The Cottage Pie of St. Patrick has this Irish Family most happy. I, also, enjoyed the Kifta as a nice dinner variation. I look forward to many more meals.

Review: I was very pleasantly surprised to discover the quality of recipes in this wonderful cookbook. I'm a self-taught cook, having watched Julia Child & Graham Kerr while in college - a lot! Tomorrow I'm making the St. Agnes & St. Theresa cookies to not only celebrate Mother's Day, but my granddaughter's acceptance into All Saints School for Kindergarten in September. This is truly a blessing. I know these cookies will be terrific and well loved by all. Believe me when I say the entres fabulous!
