Encounter the Saints Series
The Saints are an important facet and belief unique to Catholics. The saints are individuals recognized by the Church for leading lives of exemplary virtue and great holiness proven in their missionary zeal to bring Glory to God. Find great resources to educate children about how the saints serve as role models to each of us, and intermediary’s for our prayers. There are 10,000 saints canonized or beatified by the Roman Catholic Church. There are books on saints and blesseds of diverse historical periods and nations sold individually or in a series. The books provide background on the saint's place of origin, family life, and corresponding historical events. Other educational resources include posters that are a great way to help children remember the saints.
