"When the candles arrived, one of them was broken during transit. I reached out to customer service and was told that the candles were out of stock, and that I would be receiving a refund. The customer service representative stated that she needed photographs of the damaged item for my file, and that she would send me a link which I should attach the picture. I never received the link, but I took the photos and sent them to customer service with a note of explanation. I have never received the refund."

"These are a good choice. First of all, they come with 4 small foam disks which you place over the candle holder before you put the candle in, which provides friction and keeps the candles stable. That's a very nice feature. The candles themselves are good, no obvious issues with the manufacturing. My only problem is that they don't last that long. I've kept them lit for about 5 minutes each night of advent, as I write this review it's the saturday evening before the fourth sunday, and the one I lit first is down to about half. So if you are planning on keeping them lit through dinner each night, you will probably need several sets."
