However, this book will require the participation of an adult to call the child's attention to the message for the day. "It seemed expensive, until I received it. Every day of the year has a page based on a quote from scripture, but at the children's reading level, followed by an age appropriate explanation. Each page ends with a short statement in rhyme to capture the essence of the page. This book is much better than I expected. We are giving it to our grandaughter for Baptism. Her mom can read it to her every day, one page per day.
